How It Works

**New, unworn and unused items that do not meet your expectations in fit, quality, or style can be returned within 7 days for a full/partial refund or store credit of the purchase price **(shipping charges will not be refunded)**

If you feel that you received a damaged or defective item please email bussinesssteeze@gmail.com with description and pictures.

To return an item, for a full/partial refund or store credit, simply ship it back to us with the tags intact. Include a copy of your receipt, or (if all else fails) your name, phone number and credit card number.

RETURNS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF ORIGINAL ORDER DATE

EXCHANGES MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE.
